Default Vectra B wiring problem

Hi, I badly need your help guys. I have a 1997 Vectra B 2.5. It was submerged in flood. Several guys already check out the wirings even taking out the intake manifold. My problem is in trying to start the car they put jumpers on some of the wires. Maybe they thought of bypassing the immobiliser. Im pretty sure the ECU is dead but im still hopeful. Before I buy a new ecu, key transponder immobiliser etc. I want to get a wiring diagram for the ECU and the ignition coil. I want to bring everything back before I put new parts. Also if you have time please take a picture of your fuse box and relay box I want to know which is which. I was able to get some information for the fuses but the relay I still dont know what they are for. Thank you so much for your time I hope to hear from any one soon thanks.

How deep and what parts of the car (e.g. whole engine/front half/all of it?) were submerged mate?

Whats happening when you try to start the car? Any lights on the dash flashing when turning over?

There are really only four relay/fuse boxes.

The one in the car itself , I imagine you've found that already. all of the fuses/relays in there relate to accessories.

Another relay box is under the bonnet ontop of the ABS modulator, inside this one, is the fuel pump relay and the main ECU relay.

Boxes 3 & 4 are both to do with radiator fans and aircon. These being the long one behind LHS headlight and the little short one just next to the battery.

I can't find a wiring diagram.

Thank you very much for the fast reply. The whole car itself up to roof. When it was first "started" after everything was cleaned with water and dried, the engine turned ( was trying to start like coughing) after several tries it only clicks but the engine turns I can see the camshaft turn from the oil filler. The thing is after putting some of the fuses there is no check engine light. even if I put it in on position I thought the bulb must have been busted but when I took it out the bulb is working fine.

Question:

1. The Main relay and fuel relay are the violet ones correct?
2. What are the two other relays for within this box the brown and black?
3. Im looking at the immobiliser being sold at ebay there is a black component that seems to look like a ring is this the one placed at the steering column?
4. If anyone can direct me where I can ask for a copy of an electrical diagram for the ecu and the ignition coil. The guys who first touched it messed this one up so badly.

I know I can buy a manual online but Im in the Philippines and the post office here sucks. Specially now that some part of our province is still submerged in water.

Thank you for your generously taking time to answer my questions.

Yes I guess that can help. The car is equip with a bosch motronic 88pin ECU. the harness that is connected to this is the one that is messed up. The pin outs that you gave is that for this one? is X5 and X7 the "upper and lower part of the harness"?

I have a 2000 2.5 and the colours match my harness, not sure if it matters who manufactured the ecu.

How many pins does it have? 55 or 88?
