Had the handles this morning and checked the car - no ribbon
Contacted the seller on Ebay and he has removed the ribbon cable from his car as its scrapped, apparently its one piece N/s + O/s rear grab handles to centre light then plugs into socket under panel side of windscreen passenger side - quite a lot of ribbon. he said fairly straight forward to remove as he just pulled the head-cloth...panels off, but when fitting will take a while as I'll be doing a tidy job..not to damage things.
Good day me thinks £10.30 for grab handles + ribbon cable all-in, next will be blue bulbs....fitting is going to be a few hours
