No worries dude.
I can never remember the fuse number, but there is a how-to on here for the fuseboard and fuse layouts....
First thing I'd do is check the fuse isn't blown. IF it is, then all your problems will be solved by simply replacing it.
If its not the fuse, then I'd suggest removing both front wheel abs sensors, and swapping them around. You need both front wheels off, and its just a torx bolt holding the sensors in place. They usually have a plastic pin as well, so you need to be careful removing them in order not to break the pin off the sensor. Remove the torx bolt, remove the wiring connector to the sensor, and remove from the hub assembly and swap them around. If the nearside front abs sensor is at fault, the speedo will then work. If the wiring is at fault, the speedo still won't work.
This eliminates the possibility of the fuse being blown, whether the offside sensor is at fault (e.g. not working) or whether its a wiring issue. Its cheap (as your doing it yourself) and precisely locates the issue your having.
The fuseboard how-to is here:

The fuse in question is fuse F35, a 10 amp fuse. The fusebox is located under the steering wheel, to the right hand side inside the pull release panel.
