Default Re: oil on spark plugs

Its most likely the rocker cover gasket thats leaking.

That said, the threads are usually lightly oil when they are fitted.

Are the dispack nozzles covered in oil?
Is the oil on top of the plug (like its collecting on top of the plug)?

If its literally only the threads, and not the top or bottom of the plug, and the the upper spark plug walls are all clean of oil, then don't worry about it.

it is only on the threads as ive only just changed the gaskets to see if it stooped it from happening and the walls are clean, i read somewhere else that if the plugs are the wrongs ones to long, this will happened so maybe change them next to see if them any difference in size cheers leeky.
