 Vectra 52reg 2.2dti-warning lights keep coming on and dials zero but...
...doesn't affect driving-ok after re-start? sometimes a slight squeal from drivebelt on re-start and sometimes a clicking which i assume is from relays. Anybody else had this problem or have any ideas? An auto electrician has suggested new indicator stalk switch,fusebox, alternator or dashboard connections/pcb. Where should I start before it gets very expensive? I'd really appreciate help, thanks.

sound like bad earth or faulty relay fist step check battery connections and baterry lead ends are clean and tight best getting pluged in for diagnastic cheack for fault code get them on ebay for about £40

try a new belt first.
