Default my vectra has just been serviced, diesel filter, air filter new oli etc, but now

turbo not kicking any ideas? engine management light is staying on and seems to be using a lot of oil

Possible hole in the inter-cooler causing lack or total loss of the turbo,

You need to check the inter-cooler pipes

Yep^

Try cheking the Oil coolant pipes from the bottom of the turbo it will have a compressed straw look. Mine cracked like a lot of others on the seams. It will lose oil in a fine spray that way, Its hard to notice unless you put it under pressure.
Also have a look at the Actuator vac pipe's mate if one is loose it will be slugish.
