Cheers mooney...

One question though-

While holding down the accelerator- Won't this flood the engine with fuel?

Do I hold the pedals down throughout the flashes, or just until the light starts flashing then release them?

not quite sure how it would flood the engine, its a fly by wire throttle, as long as the engine isn't started there's no fuel being pumped into the engine.

and yes keep the pedals pressed till the eml has finished flashing, it will repeat all the codes stored

Default Re: how to read fault codes on a 2.2 and 2.6

tried both methods on my y-reg sri 2.2 and i don't get nothing flashing on the dash, tried holding down brake/accelerator pedal then turning on ignition while keeping pedals down, also tried as above but, releasing and repressing accelerator pedal, turning off ignition and back on, still nothing, i was wanting codes as i have abs/tc lights, now engine orange light is on [not the one with the spanner through it]..

any help, thanks in advance..
