That sounds a good way to get round a problem by tricking it to think the bits are there but there not I like that would that also keep emisson readings down?
On the injectors I've heard of people using saab or even cosworth injectors when going for more power not sure of the validity of such though .
I know when I wanted more power from my gte we were told about installing a 5th injector was the most common fix never got round to that though
Could a 7th injector be possible?
Could you not just fit an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and dial down the pressure to reduce the overfueling Andy?
I'd have thought it would be a much simpler method of reducing the overfueling whilst maintaining the existing injectors for future modifications and general simplicity.
