Thought I'd make a start on cleaning up the pistons I have, still need a 4th one though lol
Anyway heres how the pistons looked before...
I think that'll do
Well the cylinder head has finally been stripped except for an annoying bracket and heres how it all looks.
Now the fun task begins of cleaning up all the valves etc to see if they are still ok to be re-used or not, but if they are anything like the pistons then all shall be good
Finally managed to get that bracket off my head so now its fully stripped, wooo lol
Won't be long now before I start fitting everything back together for good.
Good work dude... At the risk of sounding an idiot (which is quite easy sometimes I might add) whys the head off of the car?
I need to send the head away to have it properly tested and skimmed and then rebuilt with new parts, I may even have it ported and polished if I can find somewhere that does it.
