Hi,

Have just purchased a 2005 Vectra Cdti and after starting engine there is a illuminated car with a spanner displaying. Have looked at several websites and it appears to be engine management light. It goes off ater about 5 minutes and some websites say that this is on whilst car warms up and others say its need to have a diagnostic check. Any help would be greatly appreciated :-)

You need to get it on a diagnostic machine and check for any fault codes really. That will hopefully identify the problem.
