I have a problem with the rear screen heater on my 2003 vectra elegance not working. The light on the switch illuminates but the heater is not working. Any ideas please?

Maybe blown a fuse? do you have heated mirrors? if so, are they warming up? ( you can feel that touching the glass)
You might have a go and checking the connectors on the window, there should be a wire... maybe it's disconnected...

Without the car running, you should hear a relay clicking..

Thanks for your reply, fuse is Ok, its a whopping 40amp. Cant hera a relay clicking though, I did think about a disconnected wire, trouble is, I cant see where the connections are. Do you know f I will have to remove rear inner tailgate trim??hanks
