Default My 2.6 SRI

When I first bought my Veccy SRI about 8/9 months ago, she was standard except for the uprated shocks, lowered springs, and K&N Cone filter.

She looked like this:

Over the last few months, I've done the following to her:
  • Pipercross Viper Induction Kit with custom cold air feed to bottom of front bumper.
  • Cobra Shocks & springs (-40mm) all round
  • Phase 2 GSI alloys (WHITE!)
  • Irmscher top grill
  • Genuine Irmscher/ GSI PH2 front bumper
  • Irmscher lower cross-hatch grill
  • Medium dark window tints all round
  • Irmscher bump strip inserts
  • ST Yellow badges on front wings and tailgate
  • New style SRI badge on boot
  • Black wind deflectors on all 4 doors
  • Clear side repeaters
  • Decent headlights
  • Silvertec front indicators
  • LED reverse lights
  • Red "Cleva Leva" gear and handbrake gaiters
  • Painted coin tray, gear surround, & plastic door handles
  • Black with red stitching gear knob
  • Radiator cover from CDX Vectra with custom sticker (Thanks Harvey!)
  • Clifford Cat 1 alarm & Immobiliser
  • 2x J cams (From 3.2), and 2x G cams (From GSI). (Being fitted Jan 09)

Sound system:
  • Sony CD/ MP3 Player
  • Autoleads steering wheel control adapter
  • JBL Front Component Kit (Mids/ tweeters, and crossovers)
  • JBL rear mids
  • 2x 15" Vibe 2000w subs
  • JBL 1200W 6 Channel amp running components, rears, and subs
  • 1 Farad power Cap
  • Phoenix Gold Power cable splitters, cabling, odds & ends

And she now looks like this:

Engine, Interior, and ICE pics to follow.....

Here are the future plans I have for her:
  • De-cat the manifold!!
  • Paint the plenums moonland grey, and the rocker covers bright red
  • TB3
  • Secondary battery in boot for sound system
  • 2x Monoblock amps to power subs.
  • Boot install
  • Custom speaker pods in front doors to house components
  • DECENT Coilovers
  • IRMSCHER side skirts
  • Xenon's, with inside painted Moonland grey
  • Irmscher rear apron
  • Rear (top) window spoiler
  • Powerflow sports cat with twin exit Irmscher letterbox tailpipes
  • Full respray (Same colour) to get rid of the stone-chips
  • Irmscher interior goodies
  • Blue dash/ clocks lights
  • Ported/ enlarged manifolds/ Throttle body
  • Remap
  • ...... And eventually.... a Turbo conversion!!!

Yes I'm sure we've had this discussion before, and I'm now actually thinking of getting custom rounded-square tailpipes from powerflow. The place where I'm planning going said they can make them sound exactly as I want them, so I'm going to go for a 'meaty' tick over rumble, and when at high revs, I want a 'crackling' sound.

I heard a fiat Punto in Scotland with this crackling sound at high revs and it sounded superb.

Your zorsts look wicked mate... would be nice to hear it sometime.

450 fitted with lifetime guarantee (As long as I own the car).

That's from cat back (Including sports cat), going into twin exits with any tip I want.

Top gear I think it was called... small Powerflow outlet in St Albans. That's who done my flexi for me when it went a few months back... thought I needed a new cat but turned out it was just the flexi and he told me.

Top guys I think.. they could of had me for over £150 with the cat.. instead, cost me £30 for the flexi and it's a lifetime guarantee.

There you go:
