A good find there mate!

Out of all of that, I'd love to be the chief of VAG most! Christ, choosing a company car would be hard from the top 4 manufacturers owned by that group!

General Motors no longer list Saab on their company website though. I'm certain they no longer own Saab. Unless they changed their mind in the final hour; but I do know several sales fell through, as was watching it closely worrying about my Saab. lol.

This certainly confirms that: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2010/...shtml#comments

And this GM's Saab bought by Dutch company Spyker for $400 mln | Reuters

(Reuters) - Tiny Dutch auto group Spyker clinched a last-minute deal on Tuesday to buy Sweden's Saab from General Motors Co in an audacious attempt to turn around a money-losing brand that only days ago was headed for oblivion.

Spyker, a company that was liquidated in the 1920s only to be reborn as a high-end sports car maker in 2000, said it would pay GM $74 million in cash and $326 million in deferred shares for Saab.

GM -- which had paid $600 million in 1989 dollars for just the first half of its purchase of Saab -- said it expects the sale to close in mid-February and suspended its actions to wind down Saab pending completion of the sale to Spyker.

This is ironic! It was one of the reasons (only one of) that the Saab went.... But now its no problem anymore! LOL.

I'm glad Saab have been saved. They're good cars and didn't deserved to be thrown by the wayside in GM's cost cutting decisions.
