 Google give a preview of their new operating system, coming soon BBC News - Google previews Chrome open source operating system Looks pretty cool tbh. Although I'm not a fan of Chrome- I could well be tempted to test this out when it becomes available.       |

It sounds very interesting... Though I'm not too sure it could pursuade me to move away from Linux. I like the sound of running everything through a tabbed browser, but even in these modern times you arent always able to use a decent, wireless/wired connection everywhere you are. I'd like to try it on a netbook and see how it performs though, especially compared against netbook orientated Linux distros. |
