Would a dodgy maf cause it to run rough still drives just sounds like a scooby lol

Assuming the cams aren't hot, the most likely reason for rough idle is the idle control valve.

Generally speaking, in my experience, a faulty MAF causes excessive fuel consumption, and makes the engine feel very flat throughout the powerband.

I should have said 10mpg at the moment lol. And it runs but like it missfires and it hasn't got the power it had.

think you need to get it on opcom or tech2 and have a look at live engine data! should tell you in an instant whats going on. Take it you've checked all the normal, plugs etc.

Matt-m had a check. And put his coil pack on and paperclipped ut for me going to get it tech 2 I think see what that puts up
