Default 26.08.2009 Site update: New layout
Due to a few requests, I've reverted the forum display back to how it was before (Showing sub-forums on the homepage).

I've also made the main forum sections blue, so they stand out a bit more, and removed a few forum sections that were not getting used.

That should also help speed us up a little.

I've also moved a few sections to a sub-forum.
