Its almost scary the information held about individuals online these days!

Thats a double edged sword, I forget how many people I have told not to post personal details, to clear cookies and cache etc., as once up on the net you can never delete it.

Just chuckled to myself (shouldnt really as it was serious) about something one analyst did 4 years ago at the bank I project manage for - sent account details for 25,000 customers via a torrent site (P2P) not the secure method...it had been downloaded 50 times before we discovered his mistake + cost the bank many £000's in compensation.

just shows how easy it is to find something about some one one of my mates has been realsed from prison for murder and been out and done it again he hasnt but someone with his name and the same age too the net causes way toooooo many problems
