and fred the admin and mod's have all changed and are by far a friendly lot and tom's (included in the admin bit) about too as they say you dont have to be mad to work here but it help's

...Yeah I have a sense of humour!

Being open, friendly and approachable are three of my biggest jobs for this forum. I want every one of our members to feel they can talk to anyone on here, share jokes, knowledge and form friendships. It doesnt matter to me how many forums our members visit, or whether they attend shows with other clubs etc. None of it matters to me, because every member should be free to choose all of these, without the predujice of feeling they'll be alienated for doing so.

I feel this approach will help to make VVON more welcoming to old, and new members alike.

does not matter where and i was not having a dig at any one here. just saying how using fun gifs backfired on me big time, which has put off wanting to 'mod' again on any forum.

no problem fred and i agree with you being a mod and admin aswell is a thankless job
