Just want to say my own special thanks to EVERYONE who attended with VVON, and who made the weekend/ club stand what it was.

Sadly the weather was a huge let-down and kept peeps away from our end, but still the day dried up and ended up being a fab day.

Just like to say a special thanks to AnnaV6 for sorting out the show plates for us all, a big thanks to Scragvaux for doing the T-Shirts (That looked fab), and an extra special thanks to Benster for arranging PVS, and also for getting out of work early to go collect the banners for us all. Thanks also to all regional reps for arranging convoys etc etc. Thanks to Keith, and anyone else who came and joined in to help build the marquee.

Also a short thanks to those Welsh stewards who finally found out where our stand was supposed to be, and for taking 'our' side (Ben and a few others will know what I mean )

Thanks to MVOC for being good hosts just behind our stand- Some top blokes, and nice cars there.

And thanks to XtremeVX for allowing some of us to go park on their stand (On the tarmac) towards the end of the Sunday- Thanks very much! Sadly by the time I got round there you had all gone apart from Stoney, but that was thanks to getting stuck in the mud down the bottom end after packing up the marquee & my tent (Thanks Ben for giving us a hand put the marquee away).

Again- thanks to EVERYONE who attended with VVON, and especially to those of you who stuck out the bad weather- It wouldn't of been the same without you all there.

I've got a right mess to sort out this week, and a very bad hangover to get over- But hey- BRING ON PVS 2010, Where I shall be going for the full weekend!!

Now we know what to expect- we can be sure to make it even better. Well done everyone, and it was nice to meet you all!

Edit: Someone I've forgotten (oops).. Huge thanks to Phil-h for doing to spec sheets. Sadly I buggered mine up when printing it, but was still useable. Thanks Phil- Your work never went unnoticed

vvoc are moaning about being on the mud, i think personally it made the show for me and stu! lol

haha cheers pal! i went to a local club meet on my way home, they had there nice shiney cars and i turned up 10 mins after my mate who was with the nova group, his car was still mint, mine....... MUDDY!!

We were going to have a camping event "ooop norf" at the Southport classic car show but the entire event was cancelled I'd deffo be up for a camping weekend, get there Friday day/ evening, back Sunday late afternoon / evening, that kind of thing unless it's in the Summer hols when there's a bit more flexibility maybe. But deffo up for one!

yeah i go camping on the east coast with some mates sometimes and its really nice, out near cromer as its good for kids etc

2 peeps stand out for me and thats benster for pulling all this off and tom who did a lot of behind the scenes work and brought a lot to the event. without tom there would be no vvon......

i would just like to say a BIG THANKS too everyone who turned up braved the weather and stuck it out... what a fab weekend...

tom was really nice meeting u fella.. sorry we didnt chat much but i was kinda busy fallin over tents n stuff lol... oh and gttin muddy lol....

and i enjoyed the convoys there and back what a giggle....

ur all such a lovely nice set ov ppl.. some ov u are like family.. and some are really good friends....

sad i couldnt make it had some serious personal problems, which im still upset about but anyway back on topic.

TOM...i from what i can see you done fantastic, getting this site the way it is and makin pvs what it was for the members, ok there was some trouble i hear, but end of the day not everyone will get on, people will always bicker, let it go and learn from it.

BEN...a shout must go to you too buddy for the great work you did, proud of you big guy (and anji for supporting him all the time)

SCRAG you done great work getting all the t shirts etc done on time.

wish i could have made it but as i said a had serious personal problems...and no vec as its getting broke for parts, and i didnt fancy walking lol.


and the fact NO ONE from my region yet again took the time to reply to my 'whos going to pvs thread' which is something we need to talk about tom, pm me as i'll forget buddy.
