right folks, as you know theres a meet at amen corner, now myself and stiggy (tiger tim) have tried booking and come against two problems

1- the 12th july is taken

so we can either have th 18th at 4pm or some time during august. i'm away at a works show on around the 26th july as is tom.

2- Can't book unless got a deposit

now the race we are trying to book means that we need atleast 5 teams of 2 people (i.e. 10 names) on a sat and atleast 7 teams of 2 people (i.e. 14 names) on a sun and the pricing is as follows.

£65 PER team for 1 hour - after 1 hour it's then £10 per 10 mins per team.

they want a 50% deposit upon booking so

Sat
£65 x 5 = £325/ 10 = £32.50 per person

Sun
£65 x 7 = £455/ 14 = £32.50 per person

as it's £32.50 PER head, i need the following things asap so i can book

1 - names of who is going
2 - 50% of £32.50 which is £16.25
3 - an agreement on date

Now as the deposit and final payments aren't whole pounds, i'd like every one to pay £17 deposit and £17 on the day. this will mean that each person has paid £34 instead of £32.50.

As a kind gesture i'd like for the remaining £1.50 per person to go into the VVON funds for banners, t-shirts etc.
it's only £1.50 and by the end of the day thats an extra £15 or £21 to go towards keeping this place going that bit longer
