Exclamation bye yaris but not how you would expect (painful)

Well timmy yaris is no more on way work saturday morning from leeds too warrington I was rear ended by a truck OUCH.

What I can rember is I set off at 6:30am and joined the m62 remeber that sort of?

Well in all honesty carnt remember much till waking up at 2:00am today in leeds general hospital with the missus and my parents at my bedside.

No injure's well major ones just cuts a bruises and patchy memory nowt to serious all jen could say was a 44t truck rear ended me on the m62 in the average speed camera road works section and that's all she knew so had to wait for the traffic police to come talk to me.

At 12:00pm they came to see me and it seems I was very lucky as the truck hit me on the n/s rear 1/4 as I was over taking spinning me in too the barrier if I was going 70-80mph it would have been a lot worse .

But it would seem mister polish truck driver hadn't seen me as well as being over the limit and being a totally C### (police words)

So waiting to be allowed home (thank god for. Blackberrys) to recover just have a headache and some pain in my neck an back even with pain killers.

So that's my weekend up to now lol.

Cheers lee

Don't feel to bad just walking bending breathing hurts lol

Been to see the car all I can say is the 5 star rating is well deserved it stood up well the drivers airbag didn't go off ?

Police been again driver now saying I swerved into him ?

Police have a couple of witness too it and said I was in the middle lane doing 40/50 when the truck swerved for no apparant reason? And he didn't slow after hitting the rear of my car almost as if he hadn't felt/seen me so I aint impressed there doing him for dangerous/drunk leaving the scene of a accident assaulting a female police officer and drug offences.

So I'm relaxing going seeing a solictor tomorrow and going in work for a bit see what the crack is lol.

Oh and work have sent me a courtesy car too lol a vauxhall astra cdti new shape so might take it for a spin tomorrow should be fun
