Had a call today from our head office in scotland from the a call center supervisor about a job which was done a month ago the customer has complained that we put a 2nd hand tyre on his car and he aint happy now I had to check back to find the car checked it out and the tyre was pumped up as it had just been let down it was checked for leaks or damage shown to the customer who was happy kids had stuck a match in the valve he signed to say he was happy with what have done and also a week later filled out the satisfaction report with glowing praise for the service and driver which I have checked and spoke too the driver who remebers the customer because of his body odour and the way he was with him which the driver has said was greatful for sorting his tyre so quickly so now over a month later he is now saying we have taken his tyre and put a 2nd one on his car now I don't think so spoke to the customer who reckons that the service he recived was rubbish and the driver was rude so having a drive tomorrow to have a chat with him and check out this tyre I really hate people who take the BEEP lol

would've just told him to use a different firm next time. You've got his money now, any bickering and visiting is just costing your firm what small money you will have made for pumping up a tyre, never please them all.

I wouldn't mind its a motability car so it is free we get paid no matter what we do just spent 2 hours explaining this to him that its better for us to repair or fix as he only gets 4 new tyres over 3 years morons I tell thy lol
