I get by now, had it for a few years its a karate related injury...bone fragments in the elbow and doing the bits on the car this year, were made that little bit harder.
Thanks to VVON for the advice, encouragement and being able to share, it made me push myself just that little bit more.
The thought of being semi-imobilised for 2 months or more will do my head in - still this weekend it will be my sons rear-axle and nextweek, the cv boot, so he'll be sorted.

Sharing is what this forum exists for.

I'd rather a smaller community with members all willing to help each other, and getting on than one with 10,000 members all bitching due to having so many different personalities.

I like how friendly we all are.

Its good to hear we've all been able to offer encouragement and assistance towards getting things done as well!

Think of it as 2 months, to enable you to then get on unhindered. Two months recovering is better than a lifetime of suffering.

Ooer, my last sentance rhymes!

Thanks for the link matt-m you're a mate!

Its good to have a choice, the one tomorrow is at Bridgend which is only 18 miles from Cardiff costs £70 the one you kindly supplied the link for is at Carmathen which is 55 miles away cost £50

So its really down to whether the one tomorrow is good or not, less hassle if it is
