Default need another drivers insurance details?

If you need the insurance details of another driver you can now get them for £3.50 from askmid.com

With a web-enabled phone you could even check out whether the idiot who has just run into the rear of your car is covered as you exchange names and addresses.

If they are not covered, clap your hand to your neck claiming whiplash, call an ambulance and the police will also attend as it is then an injury RTC and they can deal with the uninsured driver!

Been using this site for a while now... thing is- Why do you need to pay to check if a car has insurance when you can just enter the reg number as if it's your own car, and get the info for free?

Ps. If you check mine you will see it's uninsured lol. It ran out Saturday and my new insurer is not in the office until Monday so can't start my new policy until then.. oops!

No mate it's with an online company.

I tried going through confused.com as I done last year, but got a better deal in the end from this *mystery* insurer.

I'll give full details on it soon as it's a new forum sponsor but until the end of the month- I don't want to give anything away mate.

I've only got 1 years NCB, so think that's prob why mines still quite expensive.
