yesterday my throat felt really tickly, having a some vodka last night and drinking felt like i was drinking sand paper food was hard to swallow.
about half 11 ish started with a cough but its like a cant breath cough not a chesty cough....

any way **** nites sleep.........

i can speak but it hurts when i do this morning.

got some major funk colour SNOT this morning too .... fluresent GREEN lol

i dont feel ill or owt just as above lol .....

still up for a good day tho lol im not letting it stop me !!

i felt like **** yesterday really snotty tired and achy bit of man flu coming on i think. i had a good nights kip last night and i dont feel too bad today just still snotty

you have a sore throught and a chest infection Ben nothing to worry about but if you still have it come friday see a doc and get some drugs to clear it up
