Those connectors, last on your list... I bought some just like those, but the terminals on my amp were too narrow for them to fit in.. I ended up using fork connectors in the end.
And that distribution block... Not sure on that... just looks like a lump of metal? Do you have a link to it; I would like to see more about that.
Not much good if we can't mount it somewhere where it will be secure. Also be nice if it was in some kind of casing.
Some damn good prices there.. where's this from? Looks like Maplin prices
Anyway... other than the fact you will need a battery remote wire (Thin blue one), that looks about it.
Although best wait until I check my garage for an inline fuse holder first as not certain I have one just yet.

I was thinking of mounting the power distribution block underneath the top shelf, and then using p-clips to hold all the wire in place so its tidy. It would also semi hide it then as well, so all you'd see is the amp mounted to the back seat and the sub enclosure. I'm actually tempted to mount the amp in the same place, so its sort of hidden from view, and looks tidier than bolted to the rear of the seat like normal. I could easily get a bit of MDF, cut it to size and then carpet it, mount that to the panel and then fit everything to that.
I havent really thought about a power cap. I'm not after insane bass, just punch to the music i listen too really. Its all excessive for what I need, but I'd rather do things perfect first time around and I'm not one for cutting corners.
Let me know what you think those parts. I thought the battery clamp having a 4 gauge connector would make wiring the power side in easier, assuming this in-line fuse holder you have can take 4 gauge?
Distribution block actually looks spot on in the larger image.
And yeh I see your point with the battery terminal.. Never used one myself, I just stuck a 4AWG round connector on it and bolted it down. However that's a better way of doing it so go for it
If you want everything hidden, and don't mind using a bit of MDF, Why not make a false floor, and put everything under there? If you're worried about the spare wheel, we could make a hinged door over the top of it, so you still have easy access.

Yeah that seems like an idea to be honest Tom. Never really thought about making a false floor up, but it was make mounting more amps in future easier plus al the wiring would be hidden inside the false floor, so it would look very tidy. It something to seriously consider, as I'm not sure thinking about it that the sub enclosure would clear the amp if it was mounted above. Another idea would be to make a side panel out of MDF and mount that on the other side of the boot from front to back, to mount everything on. We'll brain storm a few ideas nearer the time and then go from there. Will get it all ordered up in the next couple of days, so should have it for the weekend all being well.
I'm not bothered about a spare, will just carry a can of tyre weld like they have on new cars these days instead.
