Had a look underneath no oil leaks or rusty bits looks to have been tetrosyl'd in its life the garage used a machine to rock the steering to check for paly in the suspension steering etc and the new mot cert is funny A4 paper just printed in black no green just looks like a cheap photocopy

I suppose thats the point though, it wouldn't surprise me. Kinda like they're inviting people to forge them now they're all electronic and Police can verify them in seconds.

I got accused of it once. I had an MOT done on my 3.0 estate and the tester forgot to sign it. lol. Didn't even notice til 8 months later when I needed a tax disc. Can't say my local DVLA branch were too impressed when I handed it to them to tax the car. LOL.

The way its going it will soon be just a little recipt that you get and rest done on computer lol when I spoke to ralph he told me that the vosa people send out the printer and ink and you just supply the paper lol

You used to have to buy the special paper to print them on. Guess that makes for one less expense for those offering tests then.

glad it passed before january though the new changes will get alot of old cars off the road
