Hi Guys quick question. Ive noticed that ive got an ol leak and I think ive traced where its coming from. When I move my cambelt cover out a bit I can see oil on the inside of the cover. Would this mean that the oil leak is coming from the camshaft oil seals. My Rocker cover gasket was recently replaced.

Its possible it is.. Though it could be residual oil from when it was leaking before.

Guys bit of an update. While I was valeting my car earlier I cleaned as much of the oil up as I could. Checked again inside the cam belt cover and found the belt and both camshaft pulleys where dry. It looks like that the oil is coming from the area of the rocker cover near the backing plate for the cam belt.

i would say if the oil is comming from behind the cam pullys its the oil seals
i find it best to put a bit of sealent over the bit that fits over the cams and at the back where
it dips in
