Stabilizer bars are only about £8 each anyway if I remember correctly so maybe worth buying a couple of new (genuine VX) ones.

Makes sense to replace the cheaper bits 1st I suppose.

BTW- I might pop in to see you sometime this week.. or possibly next weekend if you're about. Get the beers in and we'll pull your car apart

hahaha!

Oh.. another question that might sound silly, but have you checked your tyre pressures lately? Not quite sure what the proper pressure should be in them to be honest but I was running my sri wheels at 30PSI for about 8 months, then after having new tyres fitted they stuck 34PSI in them, so I stuck to that and it felt better.

If you have the handbook for it- I think it'll tell you in there what you should put in them.

Oh right I see.

New shocks- why don't you go for the Bilstien B4's (Heard lots of good feedback about these & considering them myself)?

Fronts: LMF Vauxhall - The Vauxhall Parts Specialist :: Car Exteriors :: Vectra B ('96 - '01) :: Shock Absorbers :: Bilstein B4 Front Shock Absorbers - Vectra B

Rears: LMF Vauxhall - The Vauxhall Parts Specialist :: Car Exteriors :: Vectra B ('96 - '01) :: Shock Absorbers :: Bilstein B4 Rear Shock Absorbers - Vectra B

For the full set (2 fronts, and 2 rears), it only comes to about £160 (+Shipping).

Not sure if LMF have a walk-in showroom/ shop or not, but if so you could pop up and we could go take a butchers as it's not that far from me really.. here's a map of where they are: Market Harborough - Google Maps
