First mission today is to move my ST200, the first time since I've owned it that it can move under its own power... I'm so tempted to take it for a blast... Grr for no tax or mot. Then....

After Saab did my cambelt, fan belt, belt tensioner and water pump yesterday, today I have the rest of the 72k service to do, including replacing the front brake pads and havin a look for a knock from the front when its cold.

Then I've got Donna's dad's car to do, which needs an oil change, rear bushes replacing, a new headlamp and indicator, and it has an oil leak to find and resolve....

I might be a bit busy today, and very sore this evening! But I cant wait, I've not been able to do anything like this for months due to be unwell, so I actually cant wait to get started.... Not looking forward to the effects of it this evening though! LOL.

God that was a nightmare!!

I ended up having to weld a nut onto the sump plug to remove the sodding thing!! Still, its all done now besides the replacement of the EGR valve and the pollen filter thankfully. Oh and I need to diagnose a problem with my hids too, as the passenger one keeps dimming and looking like its flashing - So need to swap the ballast packs and see if it stays on the passenger side (in which case its the bulb) or the ballast pack thats faulty.

It wasnt a good day though!!

Mate, I took one pic today, but its on my other phone. Its only the Saab anyway.. Nothing special....

The air filter was completely black too... It goes like nuts now its got a fresh one in... I cant believe the difference its made, even with a dodgy EGR valve too. lol.
