If its a 99 it might well have facelift headlamps. I see quite a few prefacelifts with facelift headlamps as well, so unless you have pictures of them you wont know what it is until they arrive. The model year doesnt really give anything away unless you know the exact year of the car and whether they are original, which they wont be as angel eyes werent fitted by Vauxhall.

The best thing to do is wait until they arrive. Once you have them you can work out what you need to do. If they are facelift headlamps you should just be able to connect them no problem.
