There is a hose coming out of the front of the engine that is split and needs replacing. Does anyone know the name of this hose so I know what to ask for when buying a new one??
I often see questions like this asked ,in my part of the woods the parts man always displays an exploded view of the unit and you can choose the part directly from the viewer screen
Or another option is to kindly ask the parts man to look at the hose on your car outside. Sometimes they'll be very assistive and take a look. It makes life easier than ordering the wrong hose into stock and then being stuck with it when you return it.
The hose could be either coolant/oil/vapour/PAS or a feed hose for the secondary air pump or something. Its impossible to tell without actually seeing the hose in question first.
If you can provide us with some pics I'll be more than happy to tell you the part number.
