ive got a vauxhall vectra 2.0 dti 2001 when i reach about 70mph the engine management light comes on. i dont lose no power and the car is no different apart from the light.it goes off when i stop and start the engine again.does any one have any idea what the problem could be?
nobody can be certain unless u take it to a garage with diagnostic equipment and then that the light comes on. it could be somthing to do with your emissions system, but still, you definately will have to take it to a garage.
I had sent it to local garage and a new crank sensor has been changed but the problem still occured. Seems like the very last step i have to do is pay for the £75 for the vaxuhall dealer to do the diagnostic. Before move on, i am just wondering anybody encounter the same problem where i can refer to?
Thanks for the reminder chrisfraser05, I still need to get it PDF'd and on here. Sorry for the delays buddy, been pretty busy the last 3-4 weeks or so.
