I just bought a Vauxhall Vectra 53 Reg, 1.8LS Petrol Manual. The car did not come with the plastic bit underneath the engine known as Lower Engine Splash Guard. The dealer said it does not come one, and I also called a Vauxhall dealer, and he also said the same.
I'm confused whether there should be one or not? Can someone please shed some light on this. Thank you
Is it not a huge risk not to have it??
only the diesel vec's come with the belly pan, iirc it has something to do with noise reduction, mine (120 cdti) has it but none of my mate's with petrol versions have it
