Default Traction control

Is there any way to disable it?

Will taking the fuse out turn it off completely?

Hmm.. shouldn't do: http://www.vvon.co.uk/forum/tech-inf...ing-guide.html

But I pulled the fuse and the TC light stays on, and the ABS light also comes on as it shares a fuse with it.

I need to unplug the TC unit somehow, but don't even know where it is.

Matts just sent me this: Traction Control

But I aint got time for ****ing about adding switches and ****.. I just want to TRY the car with it disconnected all together, THEN if it works- I'll add a switch and consider my TC unit fooked.

Im about 1 day away from breaking my car and buying a new one.

I used that mod to switch the traction control on my buggy. As bas states both the 2.2 and the 2.6 share the same throttle electronics and it works on both. Fitting time about an hour, most of that hour was spent having a brew and chatting to a neighbour. Get it done m8

No interest in having a switch at the moment.. I just want my car to be drivable again.

When it's fixed, one time I come to one of your meets up north (abroad)- I'll let you do it pmsl
