Default noooooooooooo damaged my bumper

on the way out of oulton park on saturday there was mega traffic so went to do a 3 point turn
and nudged a grass bank with the front bumper cracking the paint on it undeneath the lower grill
right down to the fibreglass to say i was ****ed off is a understatment but it could have been
worse i could have smashed my irmy bumper to bits

how much do you reckon it would cost to get fixed? or how easy is it to fibreglass as i will
need to get off all the loose and cracked paint which is quite thick fibreglass it to build it back
up then primer and rattle can it as a tempory fix until i can afford to have it done properly

get a thin edge paint scraper under the paint, and rip it back as far as it will go (it's ****ed anyway because if it comes away, it's no longer bonded to the f/g bumper surface and *has* to be removed.

As soon as that's done then you can inspect the damage more closely and see what heeds to be done. it could be that your bumper has flexed when you hit the grass bank in which case it's just feathering in the repair with thick primer and sand down etc, then a couple of hits with the rattlecan and laquer until you can get it to a bodyshop m8.

hth
