As soon as that's done then you can inspect the damage more closely and see what heeds to be done. it could be that your bumper has flexed when you hit the grass bank in which case it's just feathering in the repair with thick primer and sand down etc, then a couple of hits with the rattlecan and laquer until you can get it to a bodyshop m8.

cheers phil i pretty sure its just the paint that has cracked i took it to a bodyshop today and he was suprised it hadnt just smashed to bits until i told him it was a geuine irmy rather than a chepo replica.he had a look and also reckons ive been lucky and just cracked the paint but i will get all the lose stuff off soon and give it a go.
i take it that you take the lose paint off spray it with primer then sand it down until its flat (what grade paper?) and do you do it with wet sand paper? then spray it silver the laquer????
