Not being funny Matt, but at the price you'd pay for one, you'd be better getting something more suited to turbocharged power. Christ your talking Evo 6/8/9 money for a VXR. A VXR is the last thing I'd get!!! lol.

decent evo 6 will set you back 8k, same as a VXR ,

but a vxr is half the insurance

but a monaro is also cheap (ish) till my prang!

could keep the miggy but ideally i do only want to have one car, incase works cars dont work out and we have to go back to our own i dont wanna be left tryin to flog something i would prob love!

though i would prob buy a cheap deisel van lol

A Monaro isnt the best family car though buddy. Personally, I would keep the Omega for work and family, and get a Monaro for weekend/evening/trackday/fun use. That way, its thurst for the octane rated juice wont bankrupt you! lol!!

I've been thinking about getting one for ages, but I love my vecs far too much I think. Plus something like that where I live would need a garage and it wouldnt fit in it!
