Default Vauxhall Astra Immobiliser Light Stays On Constantly?
I bought a V Reg Vauxhall Astra 1.6 Sport today as my new work horse, and have noticed the orange immobiliser light on the dashboard is constantly on.

Any ideas what the problem is?

Yep as above.. until you read the code to see what the fault is, there's nothing you can do.
